Interview with the Classical Crossover Singer Amalia Moerman Pavlidi

News24hours Staff : Your new single Dream a little dream of me is at the TOP of this period in America’s Radio shows. Tell us a bit about it…
Amalia : It’s a single, classical crossover, a song I really love. I registered it at Red Pack Productions in the Netherlands, we did an amazing job. I am very happy you like it and goes well!
News24hours Staff : You are a Master Vocal Coach. You vocal coached VIP artists, many actors, kids that perform in Musicals…Do you love teaching?
Amalia : I love teaching. I love inspiring. We have to inspire our students. I teach 6 years now, Live, Online, I travel between 3 countries, and I am very happy and blessed to meet so many amazing singers.
News24hours Staff : How we choose a good singing teacher?
Amalia : If you want to study singing, your goal is to find a knowledgeable teacher who is right for you. A teacher that has studied Music/ Singing that has credentials and that is an experienced singer. Those are the first things you should look when you search a singing teacher.

News24hours Staff : How difficult is the Crossover Market today?
Amalia : I think the market is great! I sing Classical Crossover the last 7 years and I always have work. I am lucky to have 2 amazing agencies in the North of Europe. We have a good collaboration.
News24hours Staff : Masterclasses, Concerts, Lessons…How is Amalia’s everyday life?
Amalia : Full of Music and I love that! I am always busy; working on what I love…I am blessed!
News24hours Staff : Critics say that your voice is rare and beautiful…what do you say about that?
Amalia : I do not know if my voice is so special…What I know is that I love expressing my soul via Singing and I am very blessed to be able to do the job of my dreams.
News24hours Staff : Currently do you teach in Italy? How is to teach Italian students?
Amalia : Yes, this year I am in Italy, even though I travel for my Masterclasses and I teach online as well. Students in Italy are wonderful like all over the world! Italy is the mother of Classical Singing, bel canto school that I teach, so this year, I am very happy to teach in Italy.
News24hours Staff : What are you future plans? Will you visit the US?
Amalia : I do not know…unfortunately! For now I am fully booked for small concerts and my Singing Masterclasses in Europe. From 2020 we will see…
News24hours Staff : What do you advice a young singer?
Amalia : To be an educated artist. Then to have love, passion and move always forward.
