Nisha Deepak Begins a New Chapter as Chief Marketing Officer at Jayalakshmi Silks

Kochi: Marketing and branding professional Nisha Deepak has embarked on a new chapter in her professional journey, taking over as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Jayalakshmi Silks Private Limited, one of South India’s most recognised legacy brands in the textile retail industry.

With over 15 years of experience across diverse sectors including insurance, software, construction and financial services, Nisha brings extensive expertise in brand building, marketing strategy and corporate communications. Prior to joining Jayalakshmi Silks, she spent 8.5 years in the NBFC sector, gaining significant experience in building brands and leading integrated marketing and communication initiatives.

Driven by her passion for branding and marketing and a desire to explore a new industry, Nisha has now entered the dynamic world of textile retail. The new role offers her an opportunity to further understand consumer behaviour, retail branding and integrated marketing in one of India’s most competitive and evolving industries.

The company’s recent launch of its flagship store at Palarivattom, Kochi, marked another significant milestone in its journey, drawing attention for its scale and grand celebration.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Nisha Deepak will be part of Jayalakshmi Silks’ continued growth journey, contributing her experience and perspective towards strengthening the brand’s marketing, communications and consumer engagement initiatives.
