Hashtag #RioApathyRun surfaces after athletes statement agains Indian Olympic officials.

Indian Marathon Athlete , O.P. Jaisha said she was only given water at the 8 km point by Rio officials in the women’s marathon and the Indian Stalls were empty without officials and water or any refreshments. Jaisha fainted after the event and was hospitalized and became conscious after 3 hours.
