‘FADING’ Begins Production in Los Angeles, Exploring Faith, Identity, and Redemption
A compelling new short film, FADING, is set to make its mark in 2026 with a powerful story centered on faith, personal struggle, and the search for redemption. Produced in the United States, the English-language short brings together an emerging creative team committed to delivering an emotionally resonant cinematic experience.
Written and co-directed by Elsie Arisa, FADING is helmed alongside Director Zane, who also serves as the film’s director of photography. The project is produced under the banner of Zane Productions, with Elsie Arisa also taking on producing duties.
Leading the cast is Chiamaka Francisco as Ife, joined by Dennis Mailu as Ebuka, whose performances anchor the film’s emotional narrative. Supporting them are Sam E.
