According to Martin, these roles were short appearances performed by another actor with the same name, John Martin, leading to ongoing confusion in international database listings. “Accuracy matters,” he emphasized. “Your work is your record, and it should be represented correctly.”
Discussing the evolution of the entertainment industry, Martin acknowledged the rise of streaming platforms and shifting audience habits but stressed that the foundation of acting remains unchanged. “Technology changes,” he said, “but truth in storytelling doesn’t.
